Single User License (No Sharing)

Digital Products and Membership Subscriptions

We offer digital products and subscription-based memberships delivered through our website platform.

When you purchase a digital product or join a membership, you receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Subscription Billing and Cancellation

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

Payments Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for purchases, subscriptions, and any applicable taxes (if required).

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because we provide immediate access to digital products and subscription content, we do not offer refunds for digital products or memberships.

1:1 Coaching Services (Scheduling and Cancellations)

We may offer optional 1:1 coaching services as a supporting resource. If you schedule a coaching session and need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so more than 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for refunds.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to videos, downloads, PDFs, worksheets, graphics, branding, and written materials, is owned by LIFE Aphasia Academy® LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms gives you ownership rights to any content.
