Every new monthly membership begins with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during those seven days. If the Collective isn't the right fit, cancel before your trial ends and you won't owe anything.

If you complete your free trial and continue into a paid membership, you are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 30 days of your first paid charge, we will issue a full refund — no questions, no hoops.

After 30 days, all charges are final.

Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after that date, and no partial refunds are issued for unused days in a paid month.
